New to CrossFit
If you are brand new, then sign up for your free 1 on 1 intro. During the intro we will do a movement screening to test your flexibility and then we will take you through our "Baseline Workout". After your free intro session the next steps would be our On-Ramp program. On-Ramp is 5 personal training sessions where we teach you the CrossFit methodology and get you ready for class.
