-35 Air Squats

-30 V Ups

-25 Hand Release Push Ups

-20 Superman Arch Ups

*Rest 1 minute between rounds, score total time

B.) Backpack Workout

3 Rounds

-40 Sit Ups

-35 Air Squats (with backpack)

-30 Backpack Power Cleans

-25 Push Ups (wearing backpack)

-20 Backpack Bent Over Rows

*Rest 1 minute between rounds, score total time

*If  you don't have a backpack, use a duffle!!!
