*WE HAVE CANCELLED REGULAR CLASSES AND MOVED TO AN ONLINE FORMAT. WE ARE ALSO HAVING FIELD WORKOUTS AT 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM AND 5:00 PM. COME JOIN THE FUN!!!*

A.) "Field Workout"

30 Minute AMRAP

Relay Workout

*Each athlete will be assigned a movement
*While that athlete is running, the other athletes will perform said movement

Example: Blaine's movement is a plank hold, when it is Blaine's turn to run everyone will hold a plank until he returns

 

B.) Bodyweight Workout (non equipment)

15 Minute AMRAP

-9 crab dips

-15 wall slides

-21 glute bridges

 

C.) Equipment Workout

15 Minute AMRAP

-9 strict pull ups

-15 couch dips/bench dips

-21 kbs/db swings/backpack swings (50/35)

*Try to go as heavy as you can on the swing!

*Sub door pull ups, door knob rows, or floor pulls for pull ups

D.) Extra Credit Abs By Kelsey

5 Sets

-12 alternating penguins

-9 tuck up clocks

-max effort flutter kicks

rest :45 between efforts, score total flutter kicks!
