30 Minute Clock

2 minute shuttle run
1 min glute bridge (right leg)
1 min glute bridge (left leg)
1 min bird dog (right leg)
1 min bird dog (left leg)
1 min straight leg hold (right leg)
1 min straight leg hold (left leg)
1 min dead bug (right side)
1 min dead bug (left side)
1 min star plank (right arm)
1 min star plank (left arm)

*perform 2 minute shuttle run then 1 min station

Example: 2 minute shuttle run then 1 minute glute bridge hold with right leg, then 2 minute shuttle run, then 1 minute glute bridge hold with left leg etc...
